Data Storage and Retention

Your personal data is stored by WiseChats on its servers and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services we engage, located in the United States. WiseChats retains service data for the duration of your business relationship with us and for a period thereafter, to analyze the data for our operational purposes and for historical and archival purposes associated with our services. Prospect data is retained until it no longer holds business value, after which it is purged from our systems.

All personal data controlled by WiseChats may be deleted upon verified request from data subjects or their authorized agents.
